Learn all the techniques and information necessary for do it yourself bonefishing on the beautiful island of Abaco in the Bahamas! Back in 1995 a few Scandanavians made the long journey from Oslo, Norway to Casamar in Little Harbour Abaco, Bahamas. That was the start of do-it-yourself bonefishing in the Bahamas for many Europeans..
On that first trip Bord Tufte Johansen, Lars Lenth and filmmaker Lars Nilssen made a film for Norwegian television about fly fishing for bonefish on Abaco while staying at Casamar. The great fishing, beautiful weather, friendly people and outstanding food at Casamar attracted many others to follow in their footsteps.

Hi, my name is Rod Hamilton and live in British Columbia, Canada. I am a keen fly fisher chasing bonefish, permit and tarpon during the winter months. I am building a website dedicated to providing information to DIY flats fisherman and off to Abaco on November 8th to do some research in that area.
